    3. What data we collect and for what purpose

    Contact details

    We process the data you provide in the contact forms (name, email, telephone, message content) in order to respond to your enquiry and establish a relationship.

    Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the DPA Storage period: up to 3 years after last contact

    User account data

    We process your registration data (first name, last name, email, encrypted password) in order to provide the services available after logging in and to manage your account.

    Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) of the DPA Storage period: for as long as you hold your account and up to 2 years after it is deleted

    Distributor data

    We process the contact data of distributors for the purpose of commercial cooperation and the operation of the distribution network.

    Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO Storage period: for the duration of the cooperation and up to 5 years after the end of the cooperation

    Analytical data

    With your consent, we collect anonymous data about how you use the website - see the cookies section for details.

    Legal basis: article 6(1)(a) of the DPA Storage period: until you withdraw your consent, not longer than 26 months

    4 Recipients of data

    We may pass on your data to:

    • IT service providers - web hosts and technical support providers, on the basis of entrustment agreements for processing
    • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) - only with your consent, on the basis of standard contractual clauses
    • To public authorities - when required by law
    • Related entities - companies of the OKPOL Group operating within the European Union

    We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

    5 Transfers of data outside the EEA

    We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

    We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including connection encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access control, regular backups and staff training.
